Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Guest Relations Agent role based in Corfu. The Guest Relations Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and managing guest inquiries and concerns. Day-to-day tasks include handling receptionist duties, maintaining smooth communication with guests, and upholding the highest standards of hospitality to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Guest Relations skills
- Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Receptionist Duties and related front desk responsibilities
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, customer-focused environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred
