Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Catering Sales Manager at the Hartford/Windsor Marriott Airport Hotel, located in Windsor Locks, CT. The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for driving catering sales, managing client accounts, planning events, coordinating with clients to ensure their needs are met, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The role involves fostering strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue through strategic sales efforts.

- Proven expertise in Catering Sales, Food & Beverage, and Event Planning
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and tailor solutions to meet varying needs
- Proficiency with sales software, event management tools, and basic office applications
- Knowledge of the hospitality and event planning industry is highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary
