Canteen / Café Manager | Construction Site | Full-Time | On-site
We're looking for a hands-on Canteen / Café Manager to run the catering operation on one of our busy construction sites. You'll keep a hungry workforce fed quickly and efficiently while leading a team, managing stock and ordering, and finding ways to drive sales.
What you'll be doing:
› Leading and managing the canteen team day-to-day
› Ensuring fast, efficient service during busy shift periods
› Managing all stock, ordering and supplier relationships
› Bringing ideas to grow sales and improve the offer
› Reporting into the Area Manager
What we're looking for:
› Proven experience managing a catering or café operation
› A natural team leader who gets the best from people
› Hands-on, organised and comfortable working at pace
› Food hygiene certificate (Level 2 minimum)
