Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly and efficient food & beverage service to guests in line with brand standards.
- Prepare service areas, ensuring outlets are clean, stocked, and ready for operation.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Support the team with bar service, breakfast service, and restaurant operations as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all food & beverage areas.
- Handle guest requests and resolve any concerns in a positive and professional manner.
- Follow all health & safety and food hygiene procedures.
- Work collaboratively with all hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Support upselling initiatives and promote hotel food & beverage offerings.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, bar, or restaurant service preferred.
- Positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent guest service.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexible approach to shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Fluency in English.
