From classic cocktails to bespoke milkshakes, our bartending team use their creativity, flair and passion to wow our guests. Our approach is laid back but attentive, we are inspired by the Big Apple, but 100% Brum.
What The Role Involves
- Promote an always welcome image to the guest, and give full co-operation to any guest requiring assistance, forging great relationships
- Create and serve drinks as per customer requests and preferences
- To be knowledgeable on the menus, being able to answer any questions, and make recommendations
- To follow steps of service, ensuring the focus remains guest-centric
- Set up the bar, including polishing glasses, making sure all prep is completed prior to service
- To build a rapport with all guests in assigned section, and use this to maximise sales opportunities
