Key Responsibilities

- Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and hygiene standards
- Monitor financial performance, including cost control and revenue growth
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest feedback professionally
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of beverages, including wine, spirits, and cocktails
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A hands‑on approach with a keen eye for detail
