Banquet Chef

Farmington Country Club is seeking a Banquet Chef to lead its special events culinary program within a historic, private club setting known for elevated member experiences and exceptional hospitality.

This is a high-visibility leadership role and a backfill for a recently promoted internal leader—offering the opportunity to step into a well-established operation with strong support from executive leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the banquet culinary team
  • Oversee execution of all special events, from tastings to service
  • Partner with senior culinary leadership on menu development and event programming
  • Own kitchen operations including purchasing, scheduling, and overall performance of the banquet kitchen
  • Participate in financial planning and contribute to the continued success of the banquet kitchen program
  • Uphold the highest standards of execution, consistency, and hospitality

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of recent Banquet Chef experience in luxury high-volume culinary environments (Private club experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage both people and performance
  • Refined culinary skillset.
  • A leadership style that is steady, hands-on, and team-oriented

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary up to $80k
  • Relocation assistance available
