Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Johor Bahru for a Restaurant or Banquet Manager. The role involves overseeing daily operations of the restaurant and banquet services, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and service. Responsibilities include managing food and beverage operations, coordinating events, supervising and training staff, and maintaining service excellence. The manager will also work toward improving operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage management
- Experience in Hiring, Training, and Staff Supervision
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with event planning processes and standards is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
