(2 restaurants, 3 bars, spa, conference center with a capacity of 120 people, and beach), a member of the Autograph Collection, is seeking for the 2026 season:
Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Main Responsibilities:
Continuous improvement of the quality of services provided in the departments under his/her responsibility, under the guidance of the F&B Manager
Increase of hotel revenues from the departments under his/her responsibility, namely the food and beverage departments
Improvement of departmental performance based on guest questionnaires
Smooth and efficient operation of the department, following the operational standards of an international hotel chain
Required Qualifications – Skills:
Previous experience in a similar position in 5-star hotels
Excellent command of the English language
Professional appearance
Team spirit – adaptability – organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive personality with willingness to contribute, learn, and properly guide the team
Experience in implementing health and safety policies and procedures
Graduate of a Tourism / Hospitality Management school
