Location: Manhattan New York, NY (Onsite – 5 days/week)
Type: W2 Contract
Rate: $30/hr on W2
About the Role
We are seeking a Workplace Services Concierge to join a Global Real Estate & Workplace Services (GREWS) team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong hospitality mindset who thrives in delivering exceptional in-office experiences for employees and visitors. You will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in ensuring the workplace is welcoming, functional, and operationally efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors; manage check-in and notify internal employees
- Coordinate onsite/offsite meetings, conference room bookings, catering, and event logistics
- Support workplace events, employee engagement activities, and office experiences
- Assist with onboarding support including workspace setup and access coordination
- Maintain reception area cleanliness, safety, and professional appearance
- Coordinate mail, courier services (FedEx, UPS), and deliveries
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement requests
- Support administrative tasks including vendor setup, purchase orders, and invoices
- Partner with security teams to follow safety, access, and compliance procedures
- Serve as a local resource for employees regarding travel, dining, and area information
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, fire life safety, and building policies
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Experience in workplace services, reception, front desk, concierge, or hospitality roles preferred
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience interacting with all levels of stakeholders, including executives
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Strong customer service and hospitality mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Comfortable working fully onsite (5 days/week)
