Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bogor for a Warehouse Senior Staff (Food Manufacturing – Snack Product). The role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, packing, unloading, and inventory management. The Senior Staff will work collaboratively to ensure accurate stock control, efficient logistics processes, and timely shipments while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities (receiving, storage, picking, packing, and delivery)
- Ensure stock accuracy and proper inventory control
- Conduct stock opname and monitor FIFO/FEFO implementation
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Coordinate with related departments regarding stock movement and delivery schedules
- Support and guide warehouse staff in daily operations
- Ensure compliance with company SOP, GMP, and food safety standards
Qualifications
- Experience in Shipping & Receiving and Unloading operations.
- Competency in Packing and proper handling of snack products.
- Familiarity with Inventory Control practices to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as a Pallet Jack, safely and efficiently.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or warehouse operations is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in logistics or warehouse management are a plus.
