Waiter-Waitress – InterContinental Athens
We are looking for a skilled Waiter or Waitress to take orders and deliver food and beverages to our customers and makes sure they enjoy their meals. A team player with good communication skills who ultimately provides an excellent overall dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Presenting menu to guests and taking orders.
- Organize table settings and maintain tables clean and neat.
- Follow strict hygiene procedures along with hotel’s Policies.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Maintain and adhere to billing policies and procedures.
- Performing any other related duties as required by the F&B department.
Requirements
- At least 1- 2 years of working experience in a similar position in 5* Hotels or High-End Restaurants.
- Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (micros).
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language – knowing of any other foreign language will be considered as a plus.
- Professional communication skills along with an innate teamwork mentality
- Flexibility in working shifts.
- Friendly, polite and detailed oriented.
