Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, polite, and professional table service to guests in alignment with brand standards and operational flow.
- Accurately take food & beverage orders, relay to kitchen/bar staff, and ensure timely delivery and presentation.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of dining areas, reset tables swiftly, and manage silverware, glassware, and linen inventory.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns with tact and urgency, escalating as needed while preserving the brand’s reputation.
- Operate POS systems for order entry, billing, and payment processing with high accuracy and minimal delays.
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery during peak hours.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Experience in full-service restaurant or hotel dining environment
- Proficiency in using POS systems (e.g., Micros, Aloha, or similar)
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask in high-volume, fast-paced settings
- Knowledge of table service etiquette and order management protocols
- Customer service orientation with a focus on hospitality and problem resolution
- Preferred
- Basic Arabic language skills
- Familiarity with UAE hospitality standards or hotel chains
- Experience serving international or fine-dining clientele
