About The Role

As we prepare to open the doors to our very first tashas café in Greece, we are looking for warm, energetic and passionate Waiters and Waitresses to join our opening team.

At tashas, we believe hospitality is about making people feel genuinely welcome. While beautiful food and stunning environments are important, it is the people who bring our cafés to life. As a Waiter or Waitress, you will be at the heart of the guest experience, creating memorable moments through attentive service, thoughtful recommendations and genuine connection.

Whether it's a morning coffee, a long lunch by the sea, or a special celebration, you'll help ensure every guest leaves feeling cared for and eager to return.

Your Mission

You will deliver exceptional service with warmth, confidence and attention to detail, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.

By combining product knowledge, efficiency and genuine hospitality, you will help bring the tashas experience to life and contribute to a culture where guests and team members alike feel valued and inspired.

What You'll Be Doing

Guest Experience & Service

  • Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism and genuine enthusiasm.
  • Guide guests through the menu, confidently offering recommendations and sharing knowledge about our food and beverages.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure they are communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.
  • Deliver orders promptly and professionally, ensuring every dish and drink reaches the correct guest.
  • Anticipate guest needs and create thoughtful moments throughout the dining experience.
  • Present bills and process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle guest enquiries, requests and concerns with care, escalating when necessary to ensure a positive outcome.

Service Excellence

  • Uphold the service standards that define the tashas experience.
  • Support the team in achieving operational excellence and guest satisfaction goals.
  • Ensure tables are beautifully presented, clean and set according to brand standards.
  • Clear, reset and prepare tables efficiently for incoming guests.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming dining environment throughout service.
  • Support daily operational tasks and contribute to the smooth running of the café.

Teamwork & Culture

  • Work closely with kitchen, bar and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Support new team members as they learn our ways of working and service standards.
  • Contribute positively to a culture built on teamwork, respect and generosity.
  • Embody the values and spirit of tashas in every interaction.
  • Attend daily briefings and actively participate in team communication and service preparation.

Quality & Brand Standards

  • Maintain a strong understanding of our menus, products and service philosophy.
  • Ensure all food and beverages served meet our quality and presentation expectations.
  • Champion our three pillars: beautiful food, stunning environments and engaging service.
  • Consistently uphold grooming, uniform and personal presentation standards.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all local health, safety and food handling regulations.
  • Adhere to HACCP procedures and company standards.
  • Handle food, beverages and cleaning products safely and responsibly.
  • Maintain clean and hygienic workstations and service areas at all times.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, café or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • A genuine passion for people and hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • The ability to remain calm, organised and professional in a busy environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • A team-oriented mindset and a desire to contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
