- Warmly greet and seat patrons, presenting them with menus and answering any initial questions.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when requested.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables, ensure accuracy of orders and attend to any additional customer needs.
- Process transactions and issue bills.
- Maintain cleanliness and set up of tables, dining area and workstations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and provide a memorable dining experience to guests.
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field. Additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 Year of experience required, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Must possess excellent communication skills and be highly customer-oriented. Should have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, requires long periods of standing and may include weekend and holiday work.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, professional demeanor, attention to detail, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
