Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa Officer located in Kathmandu, Nepal. The Visa Officer will handle visa-related processes and documentation, addressing immigration issues, and assisting clients with visa applications. Daily responsibilities include providing customer service, handling inquiries, and ensuring all visa-related requirements are met efficiently and accurately. The role also involves maintaining excellent communication with government authorities and clients to facilitate a smooth visa application process.

- Strong expertise in Visa processing, Immigration issues, and related regulatory requirements
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to address client needs with professionalism
- Proficient Communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients and government authorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively
- Experience in travel and tourism, as well as familiarity with the Nepalese visa and immigration process, is an advantage
