As the Duty Manager, you will report to the Lounge Manager and take the lead in supervising Lounge Agents. This position requires you to maintain compliance with budgets, financial KPIs, and safety regulations while promoting excellent operations and high standards in guest relations. Your strong leadership qualities will be crucial in coaching staff and addressing customer concerns proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Lounge Agents to ensure excellence
• Assign duties and direct staff in daily operations
• Complete and distribute the daily report accurately
• Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards
• Provide high standard guest service and address issues
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3 years’ experience in hospitality management
• Bilingual in French and English
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Flexible with shift availability for various hours
