Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Venue Manager located in the Greater Brisbane Area. The Venue Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing a team to deliver memorable guest experiences, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, collaborating on budgeting and cost control, and executing events seamlessly. The role also involves working closely with various stakeholders to uphold the brand's reputation for hospitality and quality.

- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Venue Management and overseeing operational efficiency
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
- Strong Event Management skills and the ability to execute large-scale events
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in high-end or premium venues, is highly desirable
- Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field are advantageous
