Our client is a unique inner-city venue dedicated to celebrating and showcasing women’s sport. More than just a place to watch the game, this venue is building a community for fans who want connection, energy, and representation.
We’re looking for an experienced Venue Manager who wants to help shape not just a venue—but an emerging category.
The role
This is a genuine ground-floor opportunity.
You’ll work closely with the founders and have real influence over how the venue operates—from staff culture and service standards to commercial strategy and performance.
We need someone who:
- Thinks commercially and takes ownership of results
- Is confident with numbers, sales, and conversion
- Challenges the status quo and brings new ideas
- Can balance day-to-day execution with longer-term thinking
If you believe something should be done differently, we expect you to say it—and help implement it.
The package
- Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 (depending on experience)
