About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate hospitality leader to take the reins at our brand-new venues in QT Queenstown. This is your chance to shape the vibe, craft unforgettable culinary experiences, and lead a team that thrives on excellence and creativity. You’ll be the driving force behind the restaurant’s success – from service standards to team culture – making your mark in one of the most exciting openings of the year.
This is a full-time position with a minimum guaranteed hours of 40 per week.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive the restaurant experience end-to-end – from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, F&B, and Events to deliver bold ideas and drive growth.
• Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing Front of House team focused on service, performance, and fun.
• Maintain exceptional standards across floor operations, ensuring every guest experience is seamless.
• Manage the operational essentials: POS systems, cost control, stock management, and compliance.
• Be hands-on and visible – leading the floor during peak service and setting the tone for excellence.
• Champion a culture of cleanliness, safety, and sustainability, with strict adherence to WHS and food safety standards.
Who We’re Looking For
You’re not just a manager – you’re a leader, motivator, and hospitality innovator. You bring energy, confidence, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. Fast-paced environments excite you, and you love being part of a team that’s pushing boundaries.
You’ll have:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• A current Bar Manager’s License and polished professional presentation.
• The ability to lead with confidence, warmth, and integrity.
• Exceptional communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.
• A genuine “make it happen” mindset and a hunger to grow.
