About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Full-Time Manager to join our team for an immediate start.
Reporting directly to the Managing Directors, you will take ownership of daily operations, lead a small team, and ensure a consistently high standard across all areas of the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day venue operations
- Lead, train, and motivate a small team
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences
- Manage parties, events, and weekend trade
- Drive sales and business performance
- Maintain premium standards across the venue
- Rostering, stock control, and general operations
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ management experience in hospitality or retail
- Strong sales and customer service focus
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team
- Highly organised with strong multi-tasking skills
- Available to work weekends (essential)
- Events or party management experience (highly regarded)
- Energetic, reliable, and results-driven
