Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Valletta, Malta, for a Venue Manager. The Venue Manager will oversee daily venue operations, manage events, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate with staff to maintain quality service. Responsibilities also include coordinating with event organizers, handling budgets, and resolving on-site challenges to deliver seamless experiences for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Venue Management and Event Management skills, with experience in overseeing operations and organizing successful events
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with staff, partners, and clients
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to manage costs effectively and optimize operational efficiency
- Ability to handle challenges under pressure with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Past experience in the events or hospitality industry and familiarity with local regulations is advantageous
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to oversee events and solve immediate concerns
