About The Role
Yo-Chi is opening at Casuarina Square, and we’re looking for a Venue General Manager to lead our first ever NT venue. This is your chance to take full ownership, build a team from the ground up, and bring the Yo-Chi energy to a whole new community! What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and inspire the Casuarina Square team to deliver high-energy, exceptional service
- Take full responsibility for all venue operations, including rostering, stock management, cash handling, and compliance
- Maintain product quality, food safety standards, and operational excellence
- Coach, mentor, and develop your team to reach their full potential
- Drive performance by managing KPIs, costs, and overall business growth
- Ensure the venue looks sharp, runs safely, and delivers a memorable guest experience

- Proven leadership experience managing hospitality, retail, or QSR venues
- Strong operational expertise in rosters, stock, and performance metrics
- Availability across a flexible Monday to Sunday roster

The exciting part
This isn’t just another management role. You’ll be leading Yo-Chi’s first ever Northern Territory venue, shaping the team, setting the standard, and creating a space the community loves.
To set you up for success ahead of the Casuarina Square opening, this role will require approximately 4 weeks of paid training in Adelaide, South Australia prior to launch. Travel and accommodation support will be provided.
