About the Role
The Venue Experience Manager owns the day-to-day readiness, hospitality, and guest experience at NCS. You are the primary point of contact during studio and event days, the lead on building readiness and vendor coordination, and the person who makes sure clients never have to think about logistics.

- Coordinate with the BBG events team on logistics for in-building programs
- Serve as a point of contact for BBG event-related venue needs
- Execute hospitality support, including catering coordination, room resets, and guest experience details
