We are are hiring for the below role with leading firm.
Role-Restaurant Captain
Location-Chembur
Working Days- 6 days working
Week Off-Weekly off on weekdays (No weekend offs)
Shift Break- 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM
6:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Total working hours aligned with restaurant operations
Salary- ₹22,000 to ₹26,000 per month
Role Overview
Restaurant is looking for a professional and guest-focused Restaurant Captain to oversee daily floor operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to manage service staff efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant floor operations
- Lead and manage stewards and service staff during shifts
- Ensure smooth and efficient guest service at all times
- Welcome guests, assist with seating, and address guest concerns professionally
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and service etiquette
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow
- Monitor table turnover and reservation management
- Ensure accurate order taking and billing procedures
- Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns when required
- Assist management in achieving sales and service targets
- Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2+years of experience in a similar role within restaurants or hospitality establishments
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a positive attitude
- Familiarity with POS systems and billing software preferred
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
