Position
Summary
Transportation Driver – Provide exceptional transport services to hotel guests and guests of the resort while upholding Four Seasons’ high standards of hospitality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all guests warmly, maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Transport guests to and from destinations on Lana‘i, presenting the hotel greeter sign.
- Assist with luggage, including lifting, loading, and unloading onto carts and vehicles.
- Keep assigned vehicles clean and well-maintained.
- Provide a safe, comfortable ride, stocked with amenities such as bottled water, magazines, and newspapers.
- Act as a guest liaison, offering information and stories about the island during transit.
- Maintain accurate logs of guest movements and details.
- Know street routes for timely transportation.
- Inspect vehicles daily, report maintenance issues.
- Perform errands for guests and the hotel as needed.
- Offer directions and recommendations, hail taxis when necessary.
- Accommodate special requests, resolve complaints, answer inquiries about hotel services.
- Complete administrative tasks as assigned.
- Support other departments when directed.
- Respond swiftly to safety or emergency situations.
- Comply with Four Seasons’ work rules and standards of conduct.
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Complete inspection reports for AM and PM shifts.
- Clean vehicles during downtime, vacuum, and wipe surfaces.
- Assist with special events and shuttle services.
- Escort guests through airline procedures and provide a professional departure experience.
- Transport non-hotel guests while maintaining service standards.
- Use radio communication protocols and approved hands‑free systems.
- Work flexible AM and PM shifts based on flight itineraries.
- Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations, using seat belts and defensive driving.
- Avoid alcohol 10 hours prior to a shift.
- Carry company radio and Bluetooth earpiece at all times.

Requirements
- Legal work authorization in the United States.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license; obtain a Hawaii driver’s license within 90 days of employment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 200 lbs.
- Availability for weekends, holidays, and flexible AM/PM shifts.
