Role Description

We are seeking a Training & Customer Operations Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position in Haifa. The Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating training programs, workshops, and courses, while ensuring smooth operational processes and an excellent customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling participant registration and follow-up, coordinating logistics such as classrooms, equipment, catering, and vendors, and supporting instructors and participants throughout training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Coordinate and manage trainings, workshops, and courses (on-site and online).
  • Handle participant registration, attendance, and follow-up.
  • Take care of logistics: classrooms, equipment, catering, vendors.
  • Support instructors and participants for smooth sessions.
  • Onboard new customers and provide ongoing support.
  • Track customer metrics, SLAs, and improve processes.
  • Maintain CRM and operational systems.
  • Who were looking for
