Role Description The Trainee Restaurant Manager role at Tim Hortons India is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role involves supporting daily restaurant operations, including supervising team members during shifts, ensuring adherence to brand standards, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The Trainee Restaurant Manager helps manage guest flow, monitors product quality and freshness, and assists with inventory, ordering, and basic reporting. The role includes participating in hiring and training activities, guiding team members to deliver consistent service, and addressing guest feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction. The Trainee Restaurant Manager will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to learn leadership, operational, and financial aspects of running a Tim Hortons® restaurant.
Qualifications

  • Strong customer-focused mindset with skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
  • Basic knowledge or interest in Food & Beverage operations, including quality and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to support Hiring activities, including interviewing and onboarding team members.
  • Relevant experience in retail, quick service restaurants, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow into a management role.
  • Diploma or degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
