About The Role
As a The Club & Guest Relations Supervisor, you will be assisting the daily operation of club lounge to ensure a smooth and personalized experience aligned with Shangri-La’s service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and bid farewell to VIP / Club guests, ensuring professional and attentive service in line with Hotel standards.
- Deliver seamless check-in and check-out experiences and F&B services as required.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Supervise daily operations and workflow of The Club & Guest Relations Team to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
About You
- Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of experience in Front Office / Guest Relations in sizable Hotels.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Customer-oriented, outgoing, and self-motivated personality.
- Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
