Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage daily/weekly cleaning operations.
- Lead the team and assign tasks to ensure work is completed on time.
- Monitor and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained in all assigned areas.
- Check work quality and provide guidance or corrections to team members.
- Train and coach staff to improve performance and efficiency.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed, including proper use of chemicals and PPE.
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding cleaning requirements.
- Supervise floor cleaning tasks (Floor Scrubbing) and related activities.
- Ensure cleaning tools and equipment are properly used and maintained.
- Handle issues or complaints related to cleaning services promptly.
- Prepare reports and update management on cleaning operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience leading a cleaning team
- Able to properly use all cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures in an office environment
- Understanding of plant care and maintenance within the office premises
- Able to use a computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, and other basic applications)
