Your main task will be to deliver breakfast in the Riverside Dining Room, ensuring every guest feels special and welcome. With a minimum of one year in food service or café work, you will assist in setting up dinner service and contribute to a collaborative work atmosphere. A passion for the outdoors and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality breakfast service to lodge guests
• Set the Riverside Dining Room for dinner each evening
• Support other lodge departments as needed
• Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor at all times
• Keep service areas clean and organized
Requirements:
• At least one-year experience in serving and food service
• Barista or bakery experience is a plus
• Must have a positive and guest-oriented approach
• Ability to lift weights up to 50 lbs
• Enthusiast for outdoor activities and hiking in the Rockies
