- Assist with data entry and processing of menu orders and post‑event information
- Work directly with luxury suite members and catering contacts to establish game day service levels
- Coordinate the setup of luxury suites and pantries for game day service
- Assist with catered events and support training of game day team members
- Food and beverage service experience is required
- Supervisory and guest relations experience is preferred
- Familiar with computer software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of the shift
