- ABOUT THE PORTFOLIO
You are not just supporting service,you are enabling a seamless D2C brewery experience where every guest interaction, table moment, and service touchpoint reflects consistency, hygiene, and energy.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE
- Maintain absolute cleanliness and operational readiness of the BYBG floor, bar-support zones, and guest areas.
- Execute table setup, clearance, and rapid reset to ensure high table turnover without compromising experience.
- Support service and bar teams during peak rush with efficient movement of glassware, food, and service items.
- Ensure constant availability of clean crockery, cutlery etc.
- Follow strict hygiene, safety, and D2C operational SOPs as defined.
- Assist in delivering smooth guest flow from arrival to departure.
- Report and resolve basic operational gaps proactively with speed and accountability.

- High-energy individuals with strong execution mindset.
- Prior experience in restaurant, café, brewery, or casual dining preferred.
- Strong discipline in hygiene, grooming, and operational standards.
- Ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume guest environments.
- Team-first attitude with willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and peak-hour pressure.
