Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You As a Spa Concierge at Ka La’i Spa, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of the spa while delivering an exceptional and personalized guest experience. Serving as a key point of contact, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of guest interactions, from initial inquiries and reservations to post‑service follow-up, with a strong focus on hospitality excellence.

In this position, you will oversee the scheduling and coordination of spa appointments, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and optimal utilization of treatment rooms and therapists. You will provide detailed information about services, treatments, products, and wellness offerings, guiding guests in selecting experiences that best meet their needs and preferences. Your ability to anticipate guest expectations and exceed them will be central to your success.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
