We are looking for a charismatic and approachable personality, who has prior experience in this role who will support the Head Chef across all areas including ordering, due diligence, menu creation and maintaining our high standards. Someone who has the ability to run the pass of a busy restaurant efficiently and maintain a professional attitude at all times. With a confirmed new opening early next year, the ideal candidate will be one who is ready to step into a Head Chef role.
