Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sourcing Coordinator role located in Dammam. The Sourcing Coordinator will be responsible for managing procurement activities, enhancing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Tasks include analyzing supply chain data, coordinating with suppliers to meet project requirements, managing customer service inquiries related to procurement, and supporting project logistics and timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate supply chain data and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams
- Experience in Procurement and Project Management practices to oversee sourcing activities and ensure project timelines are met
- Proficiency in inventory management, vendor negotiations, and contract management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a construction or manufacturing setting is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant software, such as ERP systems, is preferred
