Greenland Group. is looking for Soft Service Supervisor (FMCO, Saudi Arabia)
Job Description / Responsibility
- Candidates having Overseas Experience in Facility Management Company in similar role will get preference.
- Inspect sites to ensure cleaning, waste management, landscaping, and pest control meet agreed service standards and client expectations.
- Implement industry best practices (such as BICSc standards) through structured training, work methods, and quality audits.
- Supervise, train, and schedule shift coverages for janitors, cleaners, and team leaders.
- Handle performance reviews, attendance tracking, and on-the-job coaching to maintain high team morale.
- Ensure all work adheres strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., COSHH compliance).
- Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and address any hazards promptly.
- Oversee supply and equipment stock levels, and coordinate orders for cleaning materials.
- Coordinate with and monitor subcontractors to ensure their services meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Hospitality Management
- HSC
- Skills Required: Hospitality Management, Restaurant management, facility management, Hotel and Hospitality Management, Facility Operations Management
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
