Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hamburg, Germany, for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, maintain a high standard of customer service, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include managing teams, training staff, overseeing inventory control, and implementing retail loss prevention practices. The Store Manager will provide leadership to create an inspiring shopping experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to provide a superior shopping experience
- Strong Communication skills to foster teamwork and interact with customers effectively
- Experience in Store Management to oversee daily operations and lead a team of associates
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention to protect assets and reduce shrinkage
- Ability to manage inventory processes and achieve sales targets
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Previous retail management experience is preferred
- Proficiency in German and working knowledge of English is an advantage
