About the Role
The Service Manager oversees daily front‑of‑house operations, ensures exceptional guest experiences, and supports the development of a strong, consistent service culture. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and culinary leadership to maintain smooth shifts, uphold standards, and elevate hospitality at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate FOH staff to deliver polished, attentive service
- Maintain floor presence during peak hours to support staff and engage guests
- Oversee training, performance, and ongoing development of servers, hosts, and support staff
- Ensure adherence to service standards, cleanliness, safety, and company policies
- Manage daily shift execution including section assignments, pacing, and guest flow
- Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and labor management
- Collaborate with management on menu rollouts, service training, and operational improvements
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism, urgency, and a hospitality‑first mindset
- Uphold a positive, team‑driven culture focused on accountability and excellence
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience (Service Manager, Floor Manager, Supervisor, etc.)
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Ability to lead by example and maintain composure under pressure
- High standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism
- Experience with training, development, and performance management
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
