A historical environment with 41 unique hotel rooms, 4 private rooms for meetings & events and two restaurants: Bar Brasserie OCCO and Two Michelin star awarded Restaurant Vinkeles.In the heart of the hotel is Bar Brasserie OCCO. Here, we focus on quality regional products, craftsmanship, and personal service. We welcome our local and international guests in the casual Brasserie, at the Bar, or in our cozy lounge for breakfast, lunch, High Wine, dinner, a cup of coffee, or a creative cocktail.For Bar Brasserie OCCO, we are looking for an enthusiastic waiter. In this role, you are constantly working to create the ‘wow’ factor for our guests. As Chef de Rang, you will work towards our team ambition to earn a Bib Gourmand for Bar Brasserie OCCO. You ensure that the expectations of our guests can be exceeded by creating a warm atmosphere and ensuring that our guests lack for nothing. You will welcome and guide our guests, make wine and food recommendations, serve dishes and ensure clear communication between the kitchen and service.
