Server / Barista / Bartender
Union Hotel is currently recruiting for full‑time Restaurant Servers / Baristas / Bartenders to join our Food and Beverage team in downtown Toronto. This role is responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, efficient manner and delivering an excellent guest experience while maintaining extensive knowledge of our menu offerings.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
- Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in compliance with licensing and liquor regulations.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and all products.
- Ensure floor stations are stocked and tidy at all times.
- Follow correct reporting procedures when faced with issues.
- Use up‑selling and suggestive selling techniques to increase sales.
- Ensure food and beverage orders are consistently good and delivered promptly.
- Collect payment for drinks served and reconcile receipts.
- Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Adhere to hotel grooming standards, uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
