Key Responsibilities:
• Manage table settings and hospitality-style dining service
• Support food preparation under the chef’s guidance
• Ensure cleanliness in dining and service areas
• Track dining service sales and promote wine offerings
• Participate in safety drills and training sessions
Requirements:
• Must possess Smart Serve or Serve It Right certification
• Minimum one year experience in dining service
• Effective communication skills in English
• Experience with seniors and cultural sensitivity preferred
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
