About the location:
Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort offers a luxurious adults-only wellness enclave on the secluded Hawaiian island of Lāna‘i. who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Ourteams’have the opportunity toshape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorizationrequired.
WHAT YOU’LLDO
Recognize frequent guests and personalize service based on theirpreferences
Support the Food & Beverage team in delivering exceptional service to guests.
Assist Food Servers in providing a high-quality, professional, and friendly dining experience, following Four Seasons standards.
Assistin clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens,china,glassand silver for service in an unobtrusive manner
Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and respond promptly and appropriately to any concerns or requests.
Stock service items such ascondiments,linens,china, glassware, silverware, and food supplies.
Polish Silverwareand Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the diningarea, includingcrumbingtables discreetly
WHAT TOBRING
Successful candidate mustpossesslegal work authorization in United States
Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
Ability to stand for extended periods,lift upto 50lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
Weekend and Holiday availability required.
