JOB OBJECTIVE

  • The Senior Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of outlet results through and with the effort of the store team.

KEY RESULTS AREA

  • Ensures that all areas and aspects in the dining and kitchen are overseen and maintained
  • Sets targets for the restaurant
  • Oversees the floor to ensure that the steps of service are being followed
  • Ensures religious table touches to establish a connection with guests
  • Ensures guest complaints based on company protocols and ensures that all complaining guests are appeased
  • Does administrative functions

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitors that attendance and performance of all staff
  • Strictly implements the Code of Conduct to all employees
  • Ensures all employees are duly trained and prepared for their roles and functions
  • Works hand-in-hand with the Kitchen Manager to ensure that all stocks are in good quality and enough for the shift
  • Undertake other responsibilities as required to support operations.

  • Consequence of Error: Inefficiency may lead to loss of sales or property
  • Responsibility to your assigned store’s resources including but not limited to:
  1. Building and equipment
  2. Sales and Cash Assets
  3. Product Information and Trade Secrets
  4. Raw Materials

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education – Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Experience – at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar industry of restaurant-bar operations

  2. Problem solving – determining root causes/able to recommend decisions or courses of action based on clear and relevant parameters with the Store General Manager and Dining Managers
  3. Decision-making – ability to create and execute substantial action in response to problems or concerns balancing business and customer result
  4. Analytical Skills – Can analyze and breakdown complex kitchen operations and come up with rational ways to address the situations with minimal guidance
  5. Able to manage personal and team schedules scheduling/ stress arising from multiple tasks and responsibilities
