JOB OBJECTIVE
- The Senior Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of outlet results through and with the effort of the store team.
KEY RESULTS AREA
- Ensures that all areas and aspects in the dining and kitchen are overseen and maintained
- Sets targets for the restaurant
- Oversees the floor to ensure that the steps of service are being followed
- Ensures religious table touches to establish a connection with guests
- Ensures guest complaints based on company protocols and ensures that all complaining guests are appeased
- Does administrative functions
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitors that attendance and performance of all staff
- Strictly implements the Code of Conduct to all employees
- Ensures all employees are duly trained and prepared for their roles and functions
- Works hand-in-hand with the Kitchen Manager to ensure that all stocks are in good quality and enough for the shift
- Undertake other responsibilities as required to support operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education – Graduate of any 4-year course
- Experience – at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar industry of restaurant-bar operations

- Analytical Skills – Can analyze and breakdown complex kitchen operations and come up with rational ways to address the situations with minimal guidance
- Able to manage personal and team schedules scheduling/ stress arising from multiple tasks and responsibilities
