Company Information and Introduction:
Conaty Food & Catering Supplies, one of Ireland's leading catering suppliers to the hospitality industry, is looking for a dedicated Senior Customer Service Advisor.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday (9 am – 6 pm)
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
This position involves working in a busy office environment, dealing with customer queries, taking customer orders and upselling to customers on the phone.
Admin support for the sales team is an important part of the role.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Excellent phone manner with fluent English Able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
Good computer skills, in particular Microsoft Word and Excel.
Possess excellent attention to detail.
Previous experience in a similar role is required.
