Become the face of luxury travel at Rocky Mountaineer as a Seasonal Guest Experience Manager in Vancouver. Lead a team to create unforgettable journeys from July to October.
This full-time position involves overseeing exceptional guest experiences at the Train Station and Guest Centres. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will manage operations, liaise with partners, and ensure guest satisfaction aligns with the RM brand. Your leadership will foster strong engagement, safety, and continual improvement in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations for guest satisfaction

• Coordinate timely luggage transfers and arrivals

• Resolve guest requests with exceptional service

• Implement RM guest experience policies and standards

• Oversee aesthetics of Station and Guest Centres
Requirements:

• 5+ years of leadership experience

• 3+ years in tourism or hospitality operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management preferred

• Valid AB or BC Driver’s License required

• Ability to adapt to new technology systems
