Position: Seasonal Banquet Supervisor Opportunity
Become a key player in our banquet team as a seasonal Banquet Supervisor. Ideal for those with previous supervisory experience, this role involves overseeing events from May to September and during peak holiday seasons.
In this part-time position, you will lead the banquet staff, ensuring events run smoothly and on schedule. Experience in supervising banquets or restaurants is required to effectively manage various celebrations including weddings and corporate events. Strong communication skills with kitchen staff and meticulous attention to detail for reports and invoicing are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure events run on time and efficiently
• Support banquet staff and provide guidance
• Write detailed reports for F&B Management
• Communicate dinner/dessert timings with kitchen staff
• Lock down the venue at the end of each event
Requirements:
• Experience in Banquet or Restaurant Supervision
• Serving It Right license is mandatory
• Reliable transportation required, no public transit after 10pm
• Available for at least 3 shifts weekly, including weekends
• Must be at least 18 years old for alcohol service
