We are building our 2026 Banquets & Events Seasonal serving team and would love to have you join us.
The Role
As a server in our Banquets & Events Department, you will achieve excellence by providing high-quality service to guests at a broad range of functions such as corporate retreats, weddings, and golf tournaments. You will have the chance to deploy your skills in a high-calibre, fast-paced, and dynamic work environment.
Job Duties
- Offer great customer service by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests and responding to their requests in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Responsible for several types of meal services from buffet to plated-style breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.
- Physical setup and takedown of event functions.
- Communicating with the culinary team
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the function.
Job Requirements
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for excellent guest service.
- Well-organized during both slow and busy periods.
- High attention to detail with the ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Have strong communication and excellent organizational skills.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Ability to remain on their feet for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Excellent grooming and professional presentation.
- Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends, holidays and evenings.
- Previous serving experience is an asset.
