DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead a Sales team for the assigned territories Drive annual business growth by actively identifying, targeting, and securing new customer accounts. Formulate and execute strategic sales plans tailored to newly uncovered market opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal service departments, corporate account managers, and sister companies to deliver comprehensive pest management solutions. Foster long-term professional relationships with both clients and internal teammates through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Guide and educate clients across every stage of the sales cycle to guarantee an unparalleled customer experience. Maintain deep industry knowledge and an up-to-date understanding of proprietary offerings to maximize client success.

REQUIREMENT

Associate degree or above in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines. 5+ years of demonstrated proven results in B2B commercial sales with management experience. Hotel and F&B selling experience preferred. Proven relationship management and consulting skills. Problem-solving ability to determine customer solutions. Proven negotiation & presentation expertise. Strong self-motivation & drive for results. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Candidate without team management experience will be consider as Sales Executive.
