The Room Attendant at Sandpiper Resort plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our inn rooms and cabins. Working closely with the front desk and maintenance teams, the Room Attendant ensures a welcoming environment for all guests through timely cleaning, laundry duties, and effective communication.
- Flexible, reliable and punctual
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow rules and procedures
- High attention to detail
- Communicate and assist in solving guest complaints or concerns while maintaining an excellent appearance and provide feedback in a constructive and positive manner
- Load utility cart with linen & cleaning supplies
- Driving in all types of weather from laundry room to inn/cabins to clean
- Flexible schedule
- Lifting 10-50lbs, walking, standing, pushing, pulling or bending
- Communicate with the front desk and maintenance department to ensure work orders and projects are completed in a timely manner
- Clean inn rooms and cabins according to Sandpiper Resort’s standard of excellence
- Daily laundry duties as needed
